Average Sales Price in 2011 was $266,008 and $253,055 in 2010.

Based on a review of the numbers noted above, Hampton Township Real Estate fared fairly well in the year 2011. A few less homes were sold in 2011 and it took a few days longer to sell them, however, the sales to list price ratio increased by 1% and the average price of a home increased about 5% from 2010 to 2011. Current inventory of active listings appear to be balanced based on what sold for the previous 12 months for price ranges up to $350,000.
